But for many neurodivergent children or those with additional needs, break times can be overwhelming, isolating, or confusing. That’s where the support of a skilled and compassionate Special Needs Assistant (SNA) becomes truly transformative.

This four-part seasonal webinar series is designed to empower SNAs with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to create inclusive, neurodivergent-friendly yard environments all year round. As the days get brighter, the yard becomes a perfect environment for encouraging friendships and belonging. This webinar explores practical ways SNAs can gently guide students towards participation, using connection-based strategies to support emotional regulation and reduce playground anxiety.
