WCWAUT24444 Talk the Talk!: Introducing a Modern Foreign Language into the Primary Classroom

This is a 2 part course with the first session on the 17th of October and the second session on the 24th of October. Participants are advised to attend both sessions.

As part of the new Primary Curriculum Framework, the subject of Modern Foreign Languages will have an increasingly important role. In recent times, many schools have begun introducing a modern foreign language, which can be a wonderful, engaging and thoroughly beneficial experience for pupils and teachers alike.
The objective of this evening course is to equip teachers with a broad variety of engaging, practical, active-learning ideas and strategies for introducing and teaching a Modern Foreign Language in Primary School, with a particular emphasis on French.
