Aiming to:

• With increased dependence on 'virtual' communication, this course seeks to:
• Guide Leaders on approaches to 'safe' and 'effective' communication ft-f and online;
• Review basic knowledge of GDPR and leading safe online interactions/meetings;
• Frame conscious communication when working face-to-face and online;
• Heighten awareness of the role of Active Listening in effective communication;
• Bring clarity to duties and responsibilities of both the employer and employee in relation to GDPR, Accountability and Health & Safety while working on site and remotely.
• Tease avenues to nurturing 'culture' and sustained good relations and team spirit when working in hybrid and remote situations.
