West Cork Education & Cork Education Centre have collaborated to bring you this 4 week series of Conversational Spanish.

Sessions will be from 5pm to 7pm weekly and will take place on the following dates.

Thursday 23rd April

Thursday 30th April

Thursday 7th May.

This 4 week short course is aimed at Primary School teachers who are interested in practising a very basic level of Spanish that they already know. It will be a fun approach with lots of opportunities to engage in simple everyday Spanish conversation. Those teachers who already have a basic knowledge of Spanish will build their confidence slowly through games & chats with like-minded people & a supportive teacher.

It is perfect for those who want to recall their Spanish learnt in school, brush up on their Spanish knowledge & maybe venture to bringing it into the classroom. We will also explore some Spanish culture & how the language is growing throughout the world.

Topics covered will include: Introductions, greetings, & initial conversations. Chatting about hobbies/foods & things we like/dislike to do. Describing daily routines & school life. Celebrations in the calendar & Spanish fiestas.
